Can I see the stone before ordering?
Yes. We send samples and photographs of the actual slabs available, so you can approve the stone before it is cut or shipped.
What are the lead times?
Stock slabs usually take 1–3 weeks. Imported stone or custom fabrication usually takes 4–10 weeks or more, depending on the quarry and the work involved.
Is there a minimum order?
Small orders travel by palletised courier; larger orders ship in containers with customs support. Tell us the quantity and we’ll suggest the best way to ship it.
How do payments work?
A deposit on order, with the balance before dispatch or on delivery. Trade clients can apply for trade credit terms and sample credits.
